Mayara is so amazing at her craft. I had a tummy tuck and started massages week 1, I have not had any major swelling, she managed to catch liquid build up and took care of it immediately. I'm so happy with my healing and results and I attribute a lot of credit to her for it. She is worth every penny for a smooth recovery post surgery. A had an abdominoplasty in June in NY and was looking for a place that offered lymphatic drainage massage in Providence, RI. Had my surgery on July 6th and a week later at the insistence of my doctor I had my first lymphatic drainage with Mayara and am so glad I did. In the past few weeks I’ve had 3 lymphatic drainage sessions. Her studio is clean, and comfortable. I felt totally relaxed and cared for by Mayara. I’m happy to say after the third lymphatic drainage session, a considerable amount of fluid has drained out of my body. It has also helped with the bruising, she used a laser for that. I like that Mayara used arnica cream while doing the sessions. She also recommended a health shot of roots & fruits to help with the drainage and healing & the immune system. I’m hocked on if now. I feel better every day that passes. I would highly recommend Mayara for lymphatic drainage. I have had a wonderful experience. Looking forward to my next visit.

I had an extended TT/ BBL and Lipo 360. 2 weeks ago. I was extremely bloated, stiff and barely able to stand up or walk without assistance.
If you need lymphatic healing. This is the place to go.
I booked an appointment and had my first Lymphatic message on Tuesday. Mayara was so nice and and friendly. I was insecure about my body but she put my mind to ease. Made me feel welcomed as if I was part of her family.
After the massage I felt so much relief from bloating and painful stiffness. I was able to walk out standing straight up. Since then I’ve been able to do more things on my own. Such as shower, get in and out of bed, sit in a chair. . I was able to sleep better at night.
She gave me some advice on nutrition to help me through healing process.
I booked my second appt for Saturday. I can’t wait.

I began seeing Mayara for lymphatic massage one week post-lipo and it is the best thing I could have done for my recovery process. Not only is Mayara an expert in what she does but she completely puts you at ease and explains the stages of the recovery process and why certain methods are the most helpful to accelerate it. I 100% believe I would not have healed as well/as quickly as I did if I didn't go to her. I am now 4 1/2 weeks post-op but will continue to see her for massages as needed. Highly recommend!

Let me just say if you’ve had any kind of surgery this is the woman you need to come and see. Her knowledge and time she takes with each person is unheard of. I have had other lymphatic massages, and none of them come close to this one. She will give you advice about foods to eat about garments to wear literally anything she can do to help you she will.

I had Lipo/bbl on November 1st and was informed by my surgeon that lymphatic massages would be beneficial. I reached out to Mayara, as my medical team referred me to her and she was the only massage therapist that traveled to my home. Mayara responded to my email almost immediately, and even did my massage that day. This was the day after my surgery and I could barely move. She explained that it wouldn’t be painful and that the lymphatic drainage would actually make me feel better. Mayara was on time and was very respectful to me and my home. Mayara was knowledgeable of my procedure and I felt so much better after she was done with me. My stomach felt much more firm and flatter after each massage. I even referred her to my father who got a hot stone massage and he said it was amazing. Book with Mayara!! You won’t regret it.
